Minutes from the central station, the location was stunning and incredible, in a garden by the water. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and amicable, a real pleasure to deal with. The provided breakfast was marvellous with cheese and toasted bread, for instance.

The location was good and unbeatable somehow away from the city center, minutes from the central station.

Pension homeland is a wonderful oasis right beside the maritime museum. The location offers a cozy atmosphere surrounded by small parkland. The restaurant is fantastic, and the craft brewery on-site serves some really delicious beers. The staff were helpful in sorting out our museum tickets, going above and beyond!

Staying here was a delight! The building's 1960s charm paired with quirky decor creates a cozy atmosphere. I appreciated the amazing views from the room, especially from my single room with a private bathroom. The staff were friendly and accommodating, organizing transportation efficiently. Access to outdoor spaces and a laid-back bar area added to the relaxing vibe, although it was a bit tricky to navigate initially upon arrival.

Staying here with my hubby was a good experience! The location offered a serene environment, and we was like discovering the beautiful city by bike, just like real Dutch locals. The comfortable beds made our downtime even better, and the views were fine.

My kids wished there was a playground nearby.

Our stay here was good, as we explored amazing nearby landmarks like the National Maritime Museum, just a short walk away, and the beautiful gardens around NEMO Science Museum, made our strolls extra enjoyable in the sunny weather.

I loved the beautiful decor and unique 60s vibe. The fantastic restaurant with delicious meals made my stay unforgettable. I'll definitely choose this spot again!

Charming Stay in a Convenient Location!

Our three-night getaway was pretty good! The peaceful riverside view from our room was a perfect start to the day. Enjoyed a good evening at the bar with live jazz, a nice touch. For coffee lovers.

The room was basic yet clean and provided a pleasant view over the park. The breakfast was satisfactory, with freshly baked goods. The café/bar/restaurant attached was lively. The staff were efficient and assisted me well .

The gem that is Pension Homeland wins big with its local favorites! The in-house brewery serves up tasty brews that locals love to sip while you chow down on the smoked fish dish that's a must-try. Plus, the funky vibe with retro decor just adds to the charm! Can't forget to mention the fantastic bar scene and that cool picnic area for lazing around.

Though the breakfast left a bit to be desired-just boiled eggs and a few sad fruits for 19.50€pp, c'mon! -The quirks of the place still shine through. We key'd up for a room that was supposed to be a cozy studio, but got upgraded to a four-bed situation-where's the kitchen for making our own breakfasts? Not ideal vibes there.
